Running

“Running is something almost anyone can do. The beauty of it is you can pretty much go anywhere and you don’t need much kit, just a good pair of trainers and the will to keep going. You can run on your own if you want, with a friend, or join a club and race against others in competition. Your progress is measurable and you can see your times improving especially if you join a club and train with a group.
