I drove down to a parking area just south of Holly Park and got my bike out of the vehicle and followed the bike path down to Highlands Ranch. I crossed a few roads but none of the ride was on roads other than that. Beautiful day. 50 Degrees. Very little wind. A lot of short little hills were interspersed throughout the ride. Took the sinlge spped on this one. I didnt'time it at all. Liesurly pace with some backtracking that I didn't map. There were a handful of really nice parks along the bike path. Encouraging.
